This is the traditional green of the people where the seed was sourced, and in their Kwa language is known as Kame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you are familiar with Ethiopian Kale, it is very similar. Tender like a mustard but not spicy, they have wonderful flavor. We are still learning about this plant after growing it twice ourselves. For unknown reasons the plants did not do so well for a seed crop in Georgia, but grew beautifully for us in Gainesville, Florida 5 hours south. We were able to produce several ounces of seed to share back with Jon and a limited amount to share with you all here.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrows well as a fall\/winter\/early spring green. Harvest individual leaves for a continual harvest.
