How to grow

Zinnias do well in warmer, and this variety has even gone so far as to bloom and look fabulous in the worst of our Florida summers, with good growing conditions!

As a spring and early summer flower they thrive. Zinnias prefer full sun but tolerates some shade. Sow 1/4" deep about 12" apart. Can be direct sown after last frost or started as a transplant.
How to save seeds

Seeds are fairly easy to save but we have had issues with them getting soggy easily if not harvested ahead of wet weather, and even sprouting in the center. They are located in the central flower head, buried and often still with a dried petal attached.
